Flexible hours, not a hard task to do.
The environment, horrible management communication.
Whatever is going on outside of work should stay outside of work. There's no need to yell at others, say bizarre things, or do whatever just because you have a manager title.

The interview process for me was fairly simple, in my opinion. It involved only one phone interview and, if selected to continue after the initial call, one in-person interview.
