- Decent pay
- Flexible scheduling for students
- It's easy to make new friends with the many people that work there (though some are not quite as easy to be friends with, I think that's pretty normal everywhere you work)
- Toxic, dramatic work environment.
- Do not expect to be taken seriously by management; had to go over heads to have important stuff taken care of.
- Communication between management and associates is subpar.
Please, in the future, try to make it a point to listen to the concerns of your employees.
Communication was a problem between management, which was not productive at all. Communicate with each other, and communicate with your team. New rules should not be passed down through the grapevine.
