It was not hard; it was easy. However, I had to apply online and go in physically a lot of times to ask if they were hiring. I did not get a reply until I got lucky and received one.

The interview process for me was fairly simple, in my opinion. It involved only one phone interview and, if selected to continue after the initial call, one in-person interview.

I was asked about availability and flexibility, and given a brief overview of the job description. They provided an insight into the company and the specific role I was applying for. The process was straightforward, and I was hired on the spot.
