I was hired on the spot through email. No interview was needed at all after my application, and training began immediately after I showed up for my first shift. Introduction and set-up were done through the training process.

This is pretty straightforward. We will focus on customer service-related questions, with no more than 3 or 4 questions. These questions will also relate to availability. The hiring manager would like to know what we would do in certain scenarios,

The Front End Manager contacted me by phone and asked a few questions. I did not know beforehand about the phone interview, if it can be called that. After I answered, a job offer was made.
