It’s difficult dealing with customers who don’t want to be dealt with. You don’t get raises. Management could do better.
Management could do better by respecting their employees more.

One interview easy experience with the frontend manager. All that was asked was your ability to work with team members and how you would handle certain customer interactions. Very easygoing experience.

I interviewed for Walmart Labs. The process was fairly smooth. The interviews asked me about data structures and basic Java concepts. I was asked to implement a reservation algorithm.
