Pros

Pretty flexible scheduling, set processes, and employee coverage.

Cons

Very low pay. I was told $15 in the interview, and upon receiving the offer letter, I was offered $9.12.

There are a lot of cliques. I had two cashiers refuse to follow my instructions because "so and so" told them they didn't have to. There is no support from management and no benefits.

Advice to Management

Support your supervisors. They are the front-line leaders, and it's important to support their instructions and direction to team members.
