I love working with so many different people. I also have great coaches that are always supporting me.
There is so much stress in this position. You have more responsibility than most, and if you fall behind, it seems to spiral out of control fast.
I think they should do better research when hiring people. There’s nothing worse or that makes your employees feel more degraded than training employees that are hired with zero experience and are paid more money!
