- Fun with fellow associates.
- The good/thankful customers outweigh the rude/mean ones.
- The pay is fair for the work done.
- Poor management can lead to bad experiences.
- Front End TLs often work long days, especially if understaffed.
- If the Front End Coach is not involved, it makes it that much harder on you.
