Pay is better than expected, especially if you have management experience.
They don't care about their employees or customers. I worked at Target as well, and where Target is very guest-oriented, Walmart only cares about making sales.
Care about your employees; recognize them for the little things. Also, you need to develop employees. Have a plan for them and assist them in reaching the next level.
