I applied on the Walmart career site. I received a phone call and text to schedule an interview. After that, it went smoothly, sort of. However, it depends on whether the position is open.

I was asked about my prior jobs and work experience that would pertain to the job. I was asked how I would handle a distraught and angry customer. I was asked why I wanted to work for Walmart.

Average questions about being a leader, situation, and company policies. You can either apply internally or externally. Usually, internally, you have to have some front-end experience with money center and customer service.
