Pros

Great work-life balance, commuter shuttles, decent cafeteria vendors when I was there (not free, but still better than the free, crappy YouTube food across the street). Nice employee amenities were available, like yoga classes. It's a big company, so you can make friends in different teams. Good for starting out your career to learn, or to join later for cruising and living life outside of work.

Cons

Lots of contractors. It takes 1-3 years to go from contractor to full-timer. Bureaucracy, political drama, and a lot of unqualified hires and promotions.

Advice to Management

Get rid of nepotism.
