Software Development Engineer
An online programming test was conducted first. After the qualifying test, personal interviews were taken. Depending on the candidate, two to four rounds of interviews were conducted. Each round was eliminative in nature.
Senior QE Engineer
Totally out of the box. They were expecting a person from a completely different background and skill set. Mine was totally different. It was a direct onsite interview which lasted only for an hour. A waste of time for both the company and for me.
