If you work with good people, it is a good experience.
Watch the type of bosses you have. They determine the experience. Of course, if you have a good department manager, then the experience can be a good one, but if you have a bad department manager, it is not pleasant.
Pay attention to the hourly employees and listen to what they have to say. My job, no matter what it is, is my priority, and I was very disappointed in the department manager, so I quit. I work too much to not be happy in my job.
