It's a small town, which was nice.
Do not work at the Bentonville IT office. Walmart only cares about its Silicon Valley location, and it shows. The health insurance plan varies extremely for the same job in every other single location where IT for Walmart works, except Bentonville.
The cafeteria food should be avoided. They've been caught serving raw beef plenty of times.
Listen to the employees.
