Good pay if you negotiate well.
Some of the people are good but are driven by upper management in the wrong direction.
Trying to use the latest tech.
- Horrible work-life balance.
- Nobody cares about you or your career.
- Lot of politics.
- No vision or end goal.
- Don't just think about changing the whole thing at once.
- Respect lower-level engineers and reward them instead of hiring outside and giving them insane packages.

For the technical interview, they want you to share your screen and ask coding questions based on your resume. They asked Java coding questions, and some on SQL, Selenium, and APIs. The questions were not that hard.
