Only care about making profits
The pay for the distribution center is decent.
They only care about making their numbers so the managers can get their yearly bonus.
They increased our pay but also greatly reduced our hours due to "volume". They want you to work as fast and as unsafe as possible, but don't get caught being unsafe, or they will fire you, even though they are the ones telling you to work faster.
Also, there is no chance for advancement within. The only other positions are manager positions, nothing in between.
A person that has worked there for 3 years makes the same amount as the ones that have been there for 17 years.
Stop treating your employees like they are just numbers for you to look good when you report to the home office.
