Big company. Treated more as a robot. A trend that I notice is that they hire more part-time associates and are getting rid of as many full-time associates. Very easy for each associate to do the work of two to three people all the time. Easy to get burned out.
We need better pay and to offer better benefits.
They ask typical loaded questions, such as "Tell me about a time when you displayed excellent customer service skills." They will ask about 3-5 questions like this. Always have a few questions ready to ask them at the end of the interview.
