As an organization, benefits are good.
Middle management is all political people with no good directors and managers.
Technically not great work.
5 days WFO.
Toxic management. Walmart lost its culture now.
Rather than trusting the middle management, our CEO & Founders should try to directly interact with the associates through some surveys.
Now the middle management from VMWare, Amazon are all toxic people. They made our good leaders and developers leave the organization by torturing them to bring in their ex-colleagues.
There is no respect for the individual. If you leave the middle management without monitoring them, literally Walmart's reputation will be lost very soon.
Already you have lost your good leaders and Tech minds.
