HR is far, far away. The security team blocks everything; it seems you're working for a bank. There's a lot of process to ship your code to production. They use an ITIL RFC approach to approve your code for production.
People are unmotivated. The company isn't transparent about the future here in Brazil.
Please, bring the WalmartLabs style to Brazil.
Hire people that want to make change. There are a lot of people that want just to do enough to not get fired. Those are sad things to say, but they are the truth.
