Lack of integrity, too many manager layers, posturing, politics, too many all-hands meetings, forced multi-tasking, very inefficient. They lack honesty and real leaders. They pretend to be Agile, have unrealistic scope, and poor product management. However, there are some good aspects. Project managers are not respected by product or engineering managers. Testers are slammed just before code complete. Engineering managers say that's how e-commerce works. They don't know how to manage, so they resort to command and control – worse than waterfall because there is no change control.

A Technical Recruiter from Walmart called me. I was scheduled for the 1st round of interviews. It was a video interview with a couple of coding questions to crack. The 2nd round included coding and QA scenario-based questions from our experience.
I received a call from a recruiter through my LinkedIn profile. We had a detailed discussion about my experience over the phone, and then I was invited for an onsite interview at their office in Reston, VA. I went through three rounds of discussion.
