Worst Experience with HR working in Walmart
Walmart has a good brand name, but it's being ruined by a few people.
HR doesn't know how to behave with the prospect employer of their company. People are rude.
HR represents the face of a company – how the company is, how the work culture is, and everything.
I spoke to a few HR members at Walmart who didn't know how to behave and talk to candidates. I would highly advise management to arrange some sessions for their HR folks so that they could learn how to represent a company in front of prospective employees.
