Pros

Salary is decent, and there are time-to-time gifts.

Brand value is great; working with a Fortune 1 company.

Cons

Work is not something that will allow learning. The environment has lots of issues that extend timelines.

There is too much micromanagement on employees who joined recently, and unrealistic expectations that they will complete tasks in a week that a years-old employee takes one month to do.

There is so much pressure on timelines. If things continue this way, then I will have to think of an exit strategy in 2021.

Advice to Management

Every company has a dedicated transition plan for new employees, whether lateral or fresher. Make that here too.
