Learned a lot about "What not to do by doing them":
If you don't care about your self-respect, work-life balance, and want to learn more about "what not to do," don't look anywhere else; this place is for you.
There are a bunch of Senior Managers in engineering who don't know a bit about what they do and what their subordinates want to do. They just give instructions without directions.
Every damn person runs their own show, treating other teams as their arch rivals. It's one of the worst communication between teams ever. "Do what you are asked to do, don't even think about asking questions." No innovations; they just copy-paste ideas from other pioneers.
The core engineering people, who happen to have been working since the stone ages, think themselves smart and intellectual and show blind eyes to other ideas.
If you want to experience full hands-on with modern-day slavery (with pay), this is the place for you.
Purge..!
I went through the entire interview process. The coding challenge was fine, but in the final round, as per the recruiter, it was supposed to be a managerial/behavioral round. Instead, I was asked to do a system design. After completing all rounds of
Round 1: DSA in any programming language. Round 2: Team interaction. Round 3: Offer letter. Overall, the process was smooth and friendly. Recruiters were very helpful. In DSA, they might ask about arrays and trees. The complexity was also reasonabl
I had 4 rounds. 1. Hacker Rank with 2 questions to complete in 90 mins. 2. Manager round asking about design questions. 3. Technical round. 4. Design round. Specific topics covered: * Implement abstract methods in the given interface. * JMS code.
