No process or structure. So when you have an issue, you don't know whom to approach. In my view, you cannot approach anyone.
Too much political atmosphere.

Too much favoritism.
Leadership is not trustworthy and really careless. They seem to just enjoy status and don't really care for work.
Leadership pretends to hear unbiased reviews from employees. But they really track who the critics are. So if 20% of people are not satisfied with something, they fire 50% of them so that leadership can show a satisfaction percentage improvement next year to 90%.

I went through the entire interview process. The coding challenge was fine, but in the final round, as per the recruiter, it was supposed to be a managerial/behavioral round. Instead, I was asked to do a system design. After completing all rounds of
Round 1: DSA in any programming language. Round 2: Team interaction. Round 3: Offer letter. Overall, the process was smooth and friendly. Recruiters were very helpful. In DSA, they might ask about arrays and trees. The complexity was also reasonabl
I had 4 rounds. 1. Hacker Rank with 2 questions to complete in 90 mins. 2. Manager round asking about design questions. 3. Technical round. 4. Design round. Specific topics covered: * Implement abstract methods in the given interface. * JMS code.
