Really nice, warm team. Relaxed atmosphere. Sense of improvement (new buildings, using new-ish tech [cloud/Cassandra, Angular], agile teams). Intern events, like a summer party, inventing new products (as a pitch). Takes care of housing. See the intersection between retail, code, industrial engineering, etc.
Corporate Career Path [hard to climb fast?] Laid-back values equal a sense of complacency (for me, at least). Complex. Not too much in the surrounding areas except Fayetteville.
