Good experience at Walmart Labs.
No such cons of working there.
After screening, there is a 3rd party Karat interview. It includes Java Q&A, about my day-to-day at the present job, and caching, multithreading, and merge conflict resolutions used in the team. It also includes a medium LeetCode question.
Initial conversation. Then, a behavioral question that had nothing to do with the job. HR was very strict and stated that I barely met criteria. There was a severe undertone of unkindness and bad engineering practices.
The interview was quick. I'm unsure if it was a major concern hiring-wise, but within three hours, I was told I would be receiving an offer letter from them.
