No pros, just work till you are tired.
Outdated tech stack, nothing much to learn.
It was very easy, based on DSA and Java fundamentals. They did a deep dive into Java basics and OOP concepts. The next round was based on HLD and LLD, and then there was a hiring manager round.
3 rounds of DSA at the easy level were asked. Basic, solid questions were asked. Nothing much, very easy interviews, nothing special. In the pharmacy area, it looks like people are not that qualified. Very, very easy.
I received a call shortly after applying on LinkedIn. There were three rounds of interviews: DSA, a technical discussion, and a manager discussion, followed by an HR discussion. The process was fast, with all rounds completed within a week.
