Best place to work in Brazil for IT
It's all open-source technology or subscriptions. IT architecture has no space for political or commercial contaminated decisions. All technology and paradigms were selected by the teams to solve problems in the best way, not to fit any IT supplier. All leadership hierarchy levels are very kind and accessible.
The Brazilian headquarters (and Brazil at all) lacks sufficient resources to achieve the IT improvements and innovation seen in the USA and Europe. Walmart.com is the best (last) place to work as a developer or software engineer.
Improve and provide more feedback to consultants.
Developer teams could collaborate and contribute more to each other by exchanging solutions and ideas.
These actions could be encouraged and promoted by our leadership.
