Direct outreach from Engineering Managers to the interview. I did not apply via the portal nor reached out to any recruiter. They scheduled the first round of interviews. The agenda was not entirely clear, but overall it was a good experience.

Initially, a recruiter called and set up an interview with a panel of two. On the day of the interview, they revealed it would be partly a support position. The questions covered the basics of Java, Spring Boot, Linux, and SQL.
