A good company to work for
- Good projects using latest technologies and languages (most of the time).
- Light workload unless there's a deployment.
- WM culture is good and mostly followed. Teams are collaborative and offer Flexible Time Off, meaning there's no minimum and maximum PTOs. T&C apply. :)
- Learning and skill development is encouraged, but there is not much time for it along with the project deadlines.
- Strict in-office timings and FTOs in some teams, but not all.
- A bad manager in a good company can still make your life hell.
