Not much. People say "work-life balance" but it depends on the team. Some people work in the middle of the night or skip their lunch break.
Just mid, to be honest. If you're older, maybe okay.
Forced to cause they get tax breaks from Bentonville government if more people come live in the area. And also pay you less because living cost is less. Smh. Worse than Jews.
