The workplace is the farthest thing from toxic I've ever seen, so that has been a huge relief and also makes it easier to be comfortable and fit in.

1. Pay is not the best and is slow to react to economic changes.
2. Promotions are few and far between.
3. Things move at a very slow pace, due to a high amount of compartmentalization, security and compliance processes, and review processes.

Find ways to move faster, pay people more, and trim the fat.
