It's a big retail company. So you get to work on a product which should be highly scalable. And pay-wise, it's also decent.
The only negative is the yearly rating is relative, so 5% of the people are asked to leave the company every year.
The entire interview process was conducted virtually. For me, it consisted of 5 rounds, while for others it was 4 rounds: * Online assessment * Technical round 1 * Technical round 2 * HR round * HR/Managerial round
It was very easy, based on DSA and Java fundamentals. They did a deep dive into Java basics and OOP concepts. The next round was based on HLD and LLD, and then there was a hiring manager round.
I attended the first round. They asked about my experience and for a self-introduction. They also discussed Walmart's history and asked some questions on Kubernetes. Other topics covered included Docker and security. It was an hour-long interview.
