- Very bad software development practices, and many are technically illiterate people.
- In reality, products are just developed for presentation and demo only, not for real use.
- All the toxic elements are present which are required to kill a good, employee-friendly organization.
Nothing, they will not be able to understand anything related to good software development because it's not their priority.
But yes, to hiring management outside India.
- Please start scrutinizing some products and their impact.
- Make engineering manager hiring meaningful.
- Revisit your IJP policy.
