Good perks, nice pantry filled with stuff, good work-life balance, friendly work environment, chances of going outside India for business.
The technologies used in some teams are not up to par. The work is not challenging or substantial enough to satisfy freshers.
Hire freshers by sharing a proper job description, not a generalized one across all teams.
