Pros
  1. Same and tasteless free food.
  2. Free transport, managed by a senior person in the cab.
  3. Good compensation - only in paper; no idea when those components will materialize. Waited for three good years but still in papers.
  4. Free snacks, fruits, and drinks enough to put on weight, as there is no gym facility.
  5. Good work-life balance (because there's not much work, and it's easy to fool not-so-smart managers here).
  6. No need to learn new technologies because they are stuck with way too old technologies, and even then, they claim to compete with Amazon.
  7. Managers are good and not pushy. No micromanagement because they don't even know how to manage things.
  8. Timings are flexible because no one is there to ask. Managers and highly paid idiots are generally and permanently working from home, maybe looking for some job but never succeeded, it seems.
  9. It seems HR are more technical here. They would ask hell lots of questions in debrief when you are rejecting someone.
  10. Good place to do preparation for a better company, GMAT, etc., etc.
  11. I would recommend this company for those who want to take a break in their life. This is the place, man.
Cons

Oh, I don't think there is any, except:

  • No respect for good and talented staff.
  • Upper management is busy doing US trips and accumulating money as much as possible, because they themselves know they won't get any once fired from here.
  • Unnecessary clutter of managers. Absolutely wrong hires.
  • No idea whom to promote. One of my colleagues' promotions was announced on his last day. Awesome, isn't it?
