Work-life balance, Employee benefits, Inclusive work environment, Empathetic
Nothing stands out. If employees have any concerns, they can take it up with their manager/HRBP and work it out. Management listens to its employees, which is a huge plus.
Total time waste. I attended all the rounds, and HR was pending. After a week, I got a call from Walmart stating the position went on hold. I don’t think HR at Walmart are aware of what they are doing. They totally wasted my time.
The interviewer asked questions for 40 minutes and then asked me to solve 2 coding questions in 20 minutes. This was the first round of the interview. I was surprised by how little time I was given for the actual coding portion of the interview.
Processing these three rounds took almost a month. The experience I had during this whole process was pathetic, especially HR's behavior. They don't bother to respond and don't care about candidate experience or concerns. They just schedule the round
