Trying to think hard, but to be honest, there are no pros.
Where do I start from?
A phone call conducted through the Webex app on my computer. Half of the call involved hit-or-miss technical knowledge, and the other half consisted of behavioral questions in a generic STAR question format. The total duration was only 30 minutes.
Onsite, there was one behavioral and one technical interview. The technical portion mostly involved presenting a solution for a system you had implemented previously. They then asked basic data structure questions, such as linked lists and arrays.
It wasn't great in terms of professional field questions, but it was quite fast and promising for me. I expected much more complicated questions. Overall, they checked some math and engineering skills.
