Indians in team with bad politics
Walmart is good to work for if in the team there are few Indians, especially not as managers, directors, team leads, or architects.
One Indian at a mid-level and management level will harass, torture, demoralize, and demotivate other Indians working with them, discriminating against them for promotions and recognition.
You don't need talent or skills, but be an obsequious sycophant, and you will not only survive but can get a privilege to harass other Indians.
Clean up your system of Indians being at management level and see how they treat their fellow Indians.
