Didn't find any pros. I would suggest don't run after the brand.
Understand the work culture pre-joining.
They have opened an India Development Center in Bangalore. But all work is driven by US Walmart.
Management asks to come in during the daytime, and then you need to be awake at night as well to get your work approved. People in the US don't even respond.
I am having a lot of health issues due to late-night work. It's a humble request to ask about work and timings during selection.
It's been two months now, and I've had severe health issues twice. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions are welcome.
Please take responsibilities.
