• Yummy, nutritious snacks available for free.
• Big bonuses (if you aren't forced at the bottom of the stack ranking).
• Flexible working arrangements if you have the right manager.

This office was originally a startup that went bankrupt, and Walmart acquired it. All of the management from the startup (that failed) stayed. As you can imagine, there is some terrible management here.

• No diversity. Management only likes to hire H1B candidates because they can't quit.
• Very political. People get promoted based on time there.
• Most people in Bentonville are very incompetent, and everyone in Bentonville hates everyone in the Reston office.
• Terrible health insurance.
• Hiring like crazy. They are definitely in the "trying to get butts in seats" mode at the moment.

Stop hiring anybody and everybody.
