The work is all around shiny technologies and has a good learning curve.
The pressure is too much from top to bottom, and some managers suck really bad.
Especially the Sunnyvale office is not a comfortable place for contract developers/testers, as they are treated really badly and as "third-class" citizens.
No appreciation on the work delivered.
Please do not hire people if you have to treat them.
Involved behavior and a technical interview. The behavior covered my past experiences, while the technical was a simple LeetCode problem. It was not too difficult to get through the behavior stage.
The interview process was smooth. Had a phone interview – it was pretty long, about 2 hours. Was nervous during the initial phase of the interview, but as time progressed, the process became smooth.
After screening, there is a 3rd party Karat interview. It includes Java Q&A, about my day-to-day at the present job, and caching, multithreading, and merge conflict resolutions used in the team. It also includes a medium LeetCode question.
