Great culture; enjoyed my summer project and interacting with people.
Technologies may not be the most cutting edge; they need a revamp.
Company is huge with layers and layers of structure; a flatter structure will help boost its tech arm.
Below is the process I went through when I was hired back in the day: 1. Call with recruiter 2. Call with hiring manager 3. Call with engineers 4. On-site interview 5. Offer/rejection The interviewers were friendly.
This is pretty straightforward. We will focus on customer service-related questions, with no more than 3 or 4 questions. These questions will also relate to availability. The hiring manager would like to know what we would do in certain scenarios,
1. Had a short call with manager. 2. Send resume to manager. 3. HR comes after. 4. Receive a 1-hour HackerRank challenge. 5. Talk about compensation before on-site. 6. A pretty good on-site for around 2.5 hours.
