Great pay and multiple benefits.
Unorganized, standards vary widely across teams, and management styles range heavily. When I started, I was very happy with management and the way things were. Now, I am very disappointed with how Walmart has progressed.
It is a cutthroat environment where you will be expected to work hard with little help. A sink-or-swim type job. Not for the faint of heart.
