The sheer size of the retail operations presents some one-of-a-kind challenges to work on.
The company is big and diverse enough that you can jump around and feel like you've moved to a whole other company.
It's undergoing a transformation from a lot of legacy tech. Technical debt and people debt get in the way sometimes.
Can't use AWS for anything, so it sometimes means having to re-invent the wheel.
We keep smoothing out the culture and pretty soon we won't be different.
