Four people were interviewed for a Technical Lead position requiring knowledge of Java, C++, Perl, and Unix. Most of the questions were basic and could be found on various websites.
Technical Lead
The technical round was very tough. There were four rounds of interviews, and all of them were technical. It's not easy to crack a Walmart technical interview. You have to be very technically sound.
ETL Developer
Too many rounds of interviews. The managerial round mostly focused on leadership roles. Overall, the interview level was good. There were 3 technical rounds: 1. SQL 2. BODS 3. ETL scenario-based
