Pros: Good work-life balance. Good package. Unlimited PTO.

Cons: Some politics due to the merge of two companies.

Pros: Some talented developers to learn from. Opportunity to work on very large projects reaching millions of customers. Pay seems slightly above market average.

Cons: - Underperformers go unnoticed for far too long and never seem to face repercussions. This leads to more competent employees having to pick up their slack and overwork themselves. - Progression seems solely based on "time spent at the company" rather than on achievements or performance. It is very rare to see employees promoted into higher positions. - There is a distinct lack of in-person office culture, especially on the software development side. Expect most of your colleagues to be working from home every day. - Work-life balance is sometimes not respected, with higher-up positions expected to attend meetings early in the morning or later into the night.

Pros: An opportunity to work on state-of-the-art software programs that are being used by millions of users daily. Great opportunity to strengthen your technical skills. Benefits and pay are well above industry standards.

Cons: There are absolutely no cons to working at Turner. Everything is state-of-the-art with the ability to greatly advance your knowledge.
