Had a tech phone screen. I thought that was fair.
An in-person interview consisted of talking to the manager about the project they were hiring for. Then I talked to the project manager, with general questions about working in an agile environment. Next, I talked to two developers. I thought they were fair and balanced in their questions. Usually, the developers I've interviewed with in other places try to see how much I don't know, versus what I have worked on. These developers were polite and didn't try to stump me with obscure C# commands that nobody ever uses anyway.
