WM > WBD "Discovery culture ruining the company"
It was a good place to work. The new regime has been dishonest, secretive, and, by most accounts, incompetent. But they are efficient. It's taken less than a year to turn this once proud organization into a dumpster fire.
Although there will be some opportunities, I'm sure, the former WarnerMedia no longer exists. Going to work for this new organization will be risky, as the management culture is exclusive and a definite downgrade from all the previous leaderships that the company has had over the years.
Two dumbs down.
