Solid salary for SWE. No FANG level, but better than a lot of competition. Benefits are very affordable for premium levels. Free for basic. WLB is top tier. Great coworkers. Very diverse team.
- Not Netflix-level compensation for SWE (a con for some).
- Benefits not as competitive as those offered by some startups.
- Unlimited PTO doesn't feel earned.
Add RSUs for SWE to be more competitive in the market.
